21 Cougars received Big 12 academic awards, including three earning the prestigious Dr. Gerald Lage Academic Achievement Award (Bryker Hurdsman, Ashton Johnson, Ryker Schow) for their outstanding GPAs and community service. The team also placed 18 on the Spring All-Academic Team and three on the Academic All-Rookie Team.
